Issue: Prints not sticking to the build plate
Steps to Resolve:
  1. Clean the build plate with isopropyl alcohol to remove grease or residue.
  2. Re-level the bed manually or use the automatic leveling function.
  3. Adjust the first layer height in your slicer to be slightly lower.
  4. Increase bed temperature (e.g., 60–70°C for PLA).
  5. Consider adding a brim or raft in your slicer settings.

Issue: No filament extruding at the start of print
Steps to Resolve:
  1. Check if the nozzle is clogged and clean it if necessary.
  2. Ensure the filament is loaded correctly into the extruder.
  3. Heat the nozzle to the correct temperature for the material (e.g., 200°C for PLA).
  4. Manually extrude filament from the menu to verify flow.
  5. Inspect the extruder gear for wear or filament grinding.

Issue: Layer shifting during print
Steps to Resolve:
  1. Check that belts are tight and not slipping.
  2. Ensure the printer is on a stable, vibration-free surface.
  3. Inspect stepper motor drivers for overheating.
  4. Lower the print speed slightly in your slicer settings.
  5. Verify that the pulleys are firmly secured to motor shafts.

Issue: Stringing or oozing between parts
Steps to Resolve:
  1. Increase retraction distance and speed in slicer settings.
  2. Lower the print temperature slightly (5–10°C).
  3. Ensure the filament is dry (store in a sealed box with desiccant).
  4. Enable combing or wipe settings in the slicer.

Issue: Resin print failing to stick to build plate
Steps to Resolve:
  1. Level the build plate according to the printer’s instructions.
  2. Increase the bottom layer exposure time by 5–10 seconds.
  3. Ensure the FEP film is clean and not cloudy.
  4. Roughen the build plate slightly using fine sandpaper if necessary.
  5. Use fresh resin and mix thoroughly before printing.

Issue: Firmware update failed or printer stuck on boot logo
Steps to Resolve:
  1. Power cycle the printer and try again.
  2. Ensure firmware file is compatible with your exact model and version.
  3. Reformat the SD card (FAT32) and place only the firmware file on it.
  4. If bricked, enter bootloader mode (refer to manual) and flash firmware via USB.
  5. Contact technical support if the printer remains unresponsive.
